Amazon Web Services — Associate Cloud Consultant Intern
May 2021 – Dec 2021 Remote

Led team of 4 interns in architecting an Automated Security and Compliance Cloud CI/CD DevOps pipeline with AWS CDK for Government Deliverables. Supported frameworks included, but not limited to HIPAA, NIST 800-53, and PCI-DSS.
Projected 40% reduction in Authority-to-Operate (ATO) approval timelines for Government Customers.

Datadog — Product Manager Intern, Product Strategy
Aug 2020 – Dec 2020 Remote

Led Compliance Monitoring new product beta program by onboarding, managing deployments, collecting product feedback, and supporting 300+ enterprise customers across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Drove prospective customer calls, performed risk and security posture assessments, and pitched the product to security teams, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Directors, and Executives from high-growth startups, Fortune 500 companies, and Local, State, and Federal Government across a multitude of industries.
Reduced Product Team research time by 50% by automating AWS and Azure cloud detection rule analysis using Python and Puppeteer to automate knowledge base analysis and documentation generation.

Cloudflare — Product Manager Intern, Product Strategy, Emerging Technology & Incubation
May 2020 – Aug 2020 Remote

Led 0-to-1 development of Cloudflare Radar, a real-time internet intelligence platform leveraging Cloudflare’s Global network and anonymized data from 1.1.1.1 public DNS resolvers.
Synthesized trillions of raw passive measurement data points into a queryable interface to analyze global internet traffic patterns, L3 and L7 OSI layer attacks, internet disruptions, and protocol adoption trends.
Drove cross-functional development teams of executive leadership, engineering, threat intelligence, and design to scale the initiative from idea to new product release during Cloudflare’s 2020 Birthday Week within 12 weeks.

Microsoft — Program Manager Intern, Gaming Experiences and Platform, PC Gaming
May 2019 – Aug 2019 Redmond, WA

Led the transformation of the Xbox Game Bar Audio Widget, addressing key user experience issues such as limited discoverability of audio processes, lack of feedback for audio management, and the inability to manage audio input devices.
Conducted user research through telemetry data analysis and customer feedback, generating feature ideas and developing a prioritized product roadmap in alignment with design and engineering resource availability.
Measured product success using key metrics such as Game Bar Monthly Active Devices (MAD), Customer Satisfaction (C-STAT), and Game Bar Widget MAD, successfully shipping new features during the Windows RS5+ Release post-internship.

Microsoft — Software Engineer Intern, Team Xbox

Developed a product prototype for the Game Bar Mixer Viewer Experience on Xbox Game Bar using C++, CX, and XAML, enhancing user engagement and live streaming interactivity via picture-in-picture mode.

Microsoft — Explorer Intern, Team Xbox
May 2017 - Aug 2017 Redmond, WA

Led the development of the Network Address Translation (NAT) Refresh Feature, enabling users to troubleshoot multiplayer gaming and party chat issues. Built using C#, C++, and XAML.
Developed the Alternative Port Selection Feature to assist users in resolving multiplayer gaming, party chat, and console streaming issues on networks with multiple active consoles. Built using C#, C++, and XAML.
Successfully shipped both features to 70 million consoles, reducing Microsoft Customer Service Center operating costs by $400,000 annually through decreased networking-related support calls.
